During Red Flag Alaska 2015, during the period from August 5, 2015 to August 30, 2015, vMGen. Gonzalez scored 2,364 points during 17+ hours of flight time in CSAR operations and in securing the Red Rebel Flag to end RFA15 Event Operations. The accomplishments of vMGen. Luis Gonzalez, through his unwavering dedication, professionalism and airmanship reflect great credit upon himself, his Command and the Virtual United States Air Force.

21/07/15 Posted By: Curtis Young On this date vMajGen Luis Gonzales was awarded the vUSAF Distinguished Service Medal for the ; ACCOMPLISHMENTS vMajGen Luis Gonzales distinguished himself by meritorious service as a member of the 320th Air Expeditionary Wing while participating in Red Flag Nellis, 2015. During this period, vMajGen Gonzales amassed a total of 902 total points during VUL periods. The glaring achievement worthy of this award that vMajGen Gonzales completed, has no points associated with it. During the final days of the operation, vMajGen Gonzales was able to locate and “capture” the opposing team’s flag at a time when participation and morale seemed to be waning. This accomplishment helped to breathe new life into the 320th AEW, enabling a strong finish and ultimate victory. vMajGen Gonzales’ professionalism, leadership, and dedication to duty, exemplify the core values of the vUSAF and its members. The distinctive accomplishments of vMajGen Gonzales reflect great credit upon himself, the 320th AEW, and the Virtual United States Air Force.
